Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: The Notary’s commission name, commission number, and the phrases “Notary Public,” “State of Missouri,” and “Notary Seal.”
County name and commission expiration dates are optional.
The print must not be smaller than eight-point type.
Ink color must be black and capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
