Invisible ink, Pint. Color: Blue (under UV light). For use with a black light (UV) for ID purposes.

Use with traditional rubber handstamp and felt stamp pad.

Characteristics:

Air dry, waterproof, water-based ink. Nontoxic for skin marking.
